🎤 Lance Burdett – Former crisis negotiator, mental health educator, and resilience coach. If anyone knows how to handle pressure, it’s Lance. Expect raw, practical tools for life and business.

🎤 Jemarl Paerata - Youth mentor, facilitator, and speaker with a gift for bringing honesty and strength into the room. He’ll challenge us to rethink what resilience looks like across generations.
